CJC co-hosts National Malay Scrabble Finals 2019

Our college was proud to play host to the National Malay Scrabble Finals for the first time with two other partner schools – Riverside Primary and Woodgrove Secondary, on 27 April 2019.
The National Malay Scrabble Finals 2019, or Piala Cendekia Sahibba 2019, had 41 education institutions participating and Catholic Junior College was represented by Nur Nadihah Bte Rosazizi, 2T30, Siti Umairah Bte Abdul Latif, 2T19, Ahmad Ikmal Bin Mohammad Azhar, 2T10, and Shaikh Mohamed Hamzah Alamdeen, 2T10.
In addition to working with our partner schools Riverside Primary and Woodgrove Secondary, CJC was supported by the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC) in promoting the use and learning of the Malay Language in a fun and interesting way for our students.
The winners of the primary, secondary and junior college categories were Riverside Primary, Bukit Panjang Government High School and Hwa Chong Institution, respectively.
