Student Leaders Appreciation and Installation 2024
The recent Student Leaders Appreciation and Installation Ceremony marked a significant transition as the JC2 students gracefully stepped down from their leadership posts, passing the baton of responsibility to the incoming JC1 student leaders.
The ceremony featured speeches by the outgoing President of the Students Council, James Tan (2T28), and the incoming President of the Students Council, Sophie O' Hara (1T03).
We were also honoured by the presence of Guest of Honour, Ms Christine Low, Director of Peter Low Chambers LLC and President of the 31st Student Council. Her inspiring address added a touch of nostalgia and inspiration to the celebration.
There was a palpable sense of warmth in the passing on of the legacy of leadership, as the JC2 student leaders were celebrated for their remarkable contributions. Their achievements were a source of immense pride for the entire college community, serving as a testament to the value servant leadership. Simultaneously, the atmosphere was charged with hope and excitement as the JC1 student leaders embarked on their journey, eager to embrace their new roles and make their mark on the college.
The event served as a poignant reminder of the call to be Thinkers with a Mission and Leaders with a Heart.
